Ideas4Learning has extensive experience in both project management and supporting roles within projects. Sally and Barbara were both Senior Research and Project Officers at L&WI (NIACE), managing and delivering a number of national programmes.

• Learning Champion, identifying and reporting on ‘Effective Practice in Teaching, Learning and Assessment’ in the Coast to Capital LEP region. This involved writing case studies and contributing to the final report.
• Professional Development Advisor on the T Levels Senior Management Support Programme for the South West region. Developing a trusted relationship with the provider at a senior level to gain an accurate and in-depth understanding of their workforce capacity and capability.
• Project Evaluator, impact research evaluation for GTA England’s Video Learning for Engineering Apprentices. A Ufi-funded project developing the digital skills of engineering instructors to produce instructional videos that apprentices could access through QR codes.
• Project Manager for Creative Education on ETF’s Digital Skills Enhancement Programme programme. Managing consultants’ work packages and contracts to ensure high-quality deliverables and milestones are met.
• Writing and delivering a one-day course for the ETF, ‘Mentoring your apprentice’ to enable those attending to develop the skills and confidence to mentor an apprentice.
