Online courses and webinars
With Covid there has been an increased demand for the development of blended on line courses. We have been delivering a range of webinars during 2020 as well as providing support to organisations who want to use online conferencing to reach their audience. We can design online courses for a range of platforms for self study or blended delivery. We also have our own virtual classroom, (Zoom) and can deliver webinars on how to use virtual classrooms or alternatively delivery CPD or your business requirements using the tool.
We provide expertise in managing projects. The key components of our project management and risk management are to adopt a PRINCE2 approach which offers a flexible and adaptable framework. We also like to use the Sliding Planning Window concept when planning. As well as managing our own projects we can provide organisations with support and advice in planning their own project.
Many projects require external evaluating and we can carryout this service for you. We develop a evaluation plan at the commencement of a project, identifying how the evaluation data will be identified and collected throughout the life of the project. This process enables a systematic and objective assessment of the project to take place and to measure the achievement of project aims, objectives and outputs.

We have a range of options that we provide in the development of resources and publications. In addition to write paper-based/online guides and resources we convert paper-based resources to interactive online resources using software such as Xerte or Articulate StoryLine. We use Instructional Design methodology, ADDIE. As teachers we understand pedagogy to facilitate effective learning, using multimedia rich, interactive, self-assessing content that covers learning outcomes.
Providing VLE support
Organisations sometimes do not have the time or in-house expertise to provide admin support for a virtual learning environment. We can provide this service along with any CPD training that may be needed to upskill staff.
