• Application development, supporting organisations in the development of learning tools such as apps using Augmented, Virtual and Mixed Reality and AI. Helping to plan and work alongside commercial software developers. This includes support in the preparation of project funding submissions.
• CPD for staff covering all aspects of inclusive delivery using technologies in-class, online and through hybrid delivery.
• Strategic advice and planning, whether creating CPD plans, moving or improving learning online (learning platform or virtual classroom), or supporting plans to meet accessibility legislation.

With STEM backgrounds in industry and experienced maths teachers, we offer a range of services in this area:

• Maths CPD, planning and delivering CPD from Entry to A Level maths. Focusing on a topic, challenging areas or more widely covering pedagogical approaches, e.g., flipped learning.
• Mentoring staff undertaking Action Research Projects to enhance their delivery.
• Writing products – courses, learning resources and guides.

Since Covid-19, there has been an increased demand for the development of online delivery. We can work with you to develop and deliver your online provision. As teachers, we understand pedagogy to facilitate effective learning, using multimedia-rich, interactive, self-assessing content that covers learning outcomes. When creating online content, we use instructional design and various content-creation tools.

We can help you to:

• Select a learning platform or virtual classroom to meet your needs.
• Create your online content; we can write learning packages (courses, resources, guides and workbooks) for you or work with you as you develop them.
• Turn your existing paper-based or presentation content into interactive online learning.
• Provide training to your organisation to enable the delivery of effective and engaging learning
• Provide admin support and training for Moodle VLEs.
• Provide conference support for those using Zoom, who want the reassurance that it will run seamlessly and the participants will be supported with any technical issues.
• Provide support to update and manage website content.

We supply project management support to help you manage internal or externally funded projects. We work with projects following an adapted PRINCE2 project management methodology as it provides a flexible and adaptive framework and an Agile approach more suited for digital technology projects.

Many projects require an external evaluation, and we can carry out this service for you. We’ll develop an Evaluation Plan at the commencement of your project, identifying how the data will be collected throughout the life of the project. This process enables a systematic and objective assessment to take place so that the impact and achievement of project aims, objectives and outputs can be reported. We provide a detailed Evaluation Report with recommendations.
